I will hopefully be doing a few weddings and maybe performing again with Ultra Gypsy. Does performing count as building something? Don't think so. Anyway...I also plan to make a point of taking lots more pictures, both regular and polaroid (with permission, of course!) as I never seem to have enough, and I end up asking all my friends for their doubles. And we'll have two new art cars added to our camp (if all goes as planned), so I will be riding around in those too! And more henna!

Chris my dear...I don't think I've ever known you when you weren't building something! What will YOU be up to??

    My current thought:

On Friday night, just outside of Center Camp, on the Esplinade, to erect a Bud Lite booth and SELL bud light for $5/per 12 ox. cup out of a warm keg.

By the time I'm 86'ed from the festival, I'm certain to have made back my ticket price.

      Mmm, warm Bud Light.

If you were to do this on a Thursday or Friday night, you'd be certain to make up for the ticket price. Let's see, get a whole bunch of those cheesy Bud/Coors/Miller cardboard signs, make a booth out of them, and light the whole thing up with neon beer signs.

Personally, I hope to have time to walk the backstreets and meet folks for whom this is their first or second Burn. Meet people who don't know who I am or know my art and just talk with them about their small projects they built with all their heart, and no grant money. Just *honest* Burners, not the bitter, jaded, old-timers I find myself hanging out with in bman bitch-sessions. :)

Kiki -- very much a bitchy, bitter, jaded old-timer... :)

Having time to actually see a number of the back streets would indeed be fun. I haven't had time to do that in years. Let's do it together, Kiki!

I'm sorry you find yourself bitter and jaded. I can only say that I'm really glad you're in this tribe and that MAYBE I won't find you on your back underneath a ton of metal tightening some funky brass fitting with a wrench in the middle of the night next year!

I was thinking Brazil or some other beautiful place. Burning Man just isn't worth the price anymore. (bitter and jaded)

think about sustainability and the amount of waste that is out there. for 'intentional' communities there is so much gargabe out there.

kiss anyone that comes in a one foot radius of me.

participate and appreciate all the fabulous things that other people do.

      think deep thoughts.

      roll around in fuzzy tents.
